I have read the complaints and mine is no different. 4 weeks for appointment. 2 weeks for parts 2 weeks for appointment to put new parts on. Worked 4 days and started process all over, but this time I have waited 3 days for service and NO SHOW. Still waiting. I have discovered that sears over books. They need to have at least 25 appointments a day scheduled that are no shows for them. I was so angry for days this has been going on for 3 months for me.
