i bought an Ipod shuffle from this store as a gift for my mother. when she opened it there was water damage. when i got back home a few days later i took it to the store. they first said i never bought it there. then when i showed the receipt the manager said he was not taking it back and that they never sell anything like that with damage. they would not even honor their exchange policy even with my receipt that showed time and day and i was in 14 days of purchase. i had to report the to the BBB apparently they have a lot of complaints against t hem for larger items. read full review »
