Ordered a camera costing £720 on 17th March 2011. Camera not delivered, so cancelled the order. It then took 3 complete months to prise the refund from them. 3 Months to process a refund, with each reply from Simply Electronics from a different " Customer Service Executive" in their accounts "department"... Quite simply - Simply Electronics are out and out fraudsters. They deliver probably 50% of goods ordered and use the remaining money belonging to happless customers - to fund their operation.
