I was charged app. US $690.00 during the first contact (over the phone by a credit card) for the vacation packages, being told that this payment would cover all the tax fees, the accommodation costs will be free as being the winner for this vacation, and that I would need only to pay for my air tickets, transportation between the places and meals would be our responsibility, except on the ship ( the cruise ) where all the costs are covered.
