California has strict laws about the process and procedures that are to be followed by these collectors. I received 3 calls this morning in less than an hour. My machine picked up one of the calls. When the idiot from ER solutions stated that they had NOT called my house prior to me answering the phone I kindly played the recording on the machine to verify that they were in fact harassing me.
