I purchased a cell phone from them that had two rebates. One was for $75 and the other was for $50. When I received it they required that you wait six months to send it in and fill out a slew of documents, send parts of the box, etc. etc. I apparently mailed it in a few days early so it was denied. They said that I had not put the order number in one of the boxes but they had the sales receipt attached with the order number on it.
