I received a phone call from someone who barely spoke English claiming that I owed money to an internet loan company. The guy said his name was "Jack Justice." I was suspecious from the start. I called my local Sheriff's department and talked with an investigator. He said to make a report for harrassing phone calls. I called and had a deputy come to my office.
