On April 18, 2009 I returned a bra (which did not fit) that I bought the previous Saturday and after standing in the Customer Service Line for 30 minutes, a new cashier came on. Then I stood in line for another 15 minutes because they let one of their employess jump in front of the people who were standing in line for all this time. That's my first complaint.
