They supply racquets and equipment for racquetball. They would not replace a defective racquet for me. I offered to send the racquet back so that they could test it for a defect. The only thing they were interested in was a proof of purchase. They are totally unwilling to stand by their products. I have also had racquetballs made by them that are defective.
