Horrible customer service. Tracked my item and found that they sent it to the wrong address. Called and told them they sent it to the wrong address and they said that it was my problem. They said they couldn't change the address. After consulting with UPS, they informed me that buy.com COULD in fact change the address if they just contacted UPS as the shipper. Gerry (which is apparently Indian shorthand for Gajananvihari) informed me that there was nothing they really felt like doing about it.
