Totally screwed us over. Told us that the contract had only what we talked about but it had nothing about what we talked about. Sidney Karp was our Sales guy and Sheldon Stanhope was the verification Officer. These two "Sales Professionals" verbally misrepresented the deal. They presented a deal and then when it came time to sign the contract, told us, not to worry cause all that paperwork was what we went over verbally.
