I reported the phone stolen to Verizon and was told I would not be responsible for any charges that the thief accrued. The bill arrived with $600 in charges for ring tones that were downloaded the night before the phone was reported stolen. Verizon's customer service manager said I was still responsible for the charges. Now that's what I call customer service!
