I went to the store on 6/17, to return a tropical plant. The store manager, James Brown, refused the return, saying that tropicals are not returnable. I asked him where in the store does it say that, and he admitted that there isn't any sign. He then pointed to a line in the return policy, "The Home Depot reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of merchandise at any time and for any reason."
