On May 3, I placed an order online with Tory Burch. After 2 weeks of not hearing from them or recieving anything, I called and was told that there was a delay due to an "upgrade in their warehouse" and that my items would ship the following week. (I spoke to "Ann"). Nothing ever arrived.
