Placed order 5/12/11 received confirmation of order and charge for 184.64 however received cc bill today 6/18/11 and was charged 197.10 I still have not received product. I have made 12 attempts to contact them by both phone (leaving messages as they do not answer phone) and via email still no response. How can I get this resolved? I brught 2 new customers in on this order and I referenced this in my email still no response. I am starting to see complaints on line regarding Krya Therpy Inc AKA Herbal Care Direct.
