On two occasions, I have waited in excess of fifteen minutes to be waited on. # 1 The teller was explaining a particular banking procedure to the only person in the bank other than myself. Instead of acknowledging me, she continued with the explanation. If I were there to do a major, time consuming transaction, I would understand more, but I just wanted to cash a check. Maybe a two or three minute transaction.
