at&t has billed my cell phone $3.99 for 10 months for pictavision and my son's phone $9.99 for 12 months for "AT&T Navigator with Promo" without anyones authorization. I have not been checking my bill close enough. they have cancelled the subscriptions but have not refunded the money!!! read full review »
