I purchased Norton Internet security in June 2010. I submitted my rebate paperwork and received a debit card for $30 that was supposed to work anywhere. After trying to use the card at the gas station, grocery store, on the internet, etc., I gave up. I planned to use it to renew my Norton subscription in 2011.
