In November 2010, I ordered a PC Cleanup application and, apparently an Identity protection package came with the program. I didn't care for the clean-up application and cancelled it. However, I now find (belatedly due to my carelessness) that my credit card has been billed $19.95 every month. I receive no monthly notice of renewal - it just happens. Since I have an arrrangement to pay my credit card balance in full automatically every month, I didn't notice the charges until today, June 18th.
