Recieved a new CC that is through CitiBank. Registered via phone. Then wen on-line to update stuff, and it wants my SSN & DOB on a .com site. No way will I do that, and they have no way to complain to them unless I do register (meaning giving them this info). Bah Humbug. Called the number on the CC and got "...that is the procedure..." Sears had lost me as a customer and cc holder. read full review »
