i have just cancel my new account with capital one credit, being it was a new card i tried to withdraw cash advance but put the wrong numbers in, i immediately called the company to very whom i was and to clear up any reason to believe it was a fraud being committed, the customer service rep told me i would need to send in three forms of Id then send a letter from my employment in order to restore my account, , i didn't go through this to obtain the card and that should not have happen once i called and gave my date of birth, social... read full review »
