We purchased a membership because it came with three free messages. We didn't use the gift cards within our membership time and were told that now the rates are different and that three gift cards is now only good for one!!! Total rip off and completely illegal. This place is horrible. Don't go there! We also asked to speak to a manager and where told that they would tell us the same thing. They have no customer service and are completely rude.
