My husband & I went to Macys today to outfit him completely for a wedding. When we brought the items to the checkout (no salespeople were on the floor to help us), I swipped my Macy's credit card and it brought up a code. Found out that they had cancelled my credit card since I had not used it for a year (always pd my bill on time, just don't shop alot). I was embarrassed in front of everyone for I had never even been contacted; they wanted me to apply for a new credit card (I don't think so). Walked out & will not go to Macy's again. Dillards is just down the road & they welcome my occasional business. read full review »
