I went to pick up my renatl car in mrytle beach south carolina. i had a confirmation for the car . when we got there the agent said he had no car. i got there at 10:15 tried calling before. he said if i was there at 10 i would of had a car. so he admitted he rtentented my car becasue i wasn't there. he said it was like a dinner reservation?.we asked if he could guarenttee to deliever a car later and he said he could|. left at deal with no car;. he cpouldn 't even get me a car;. called enterprise and filed a complaint, . they said they would contact me in 3 days to follow up!. guess want no call, . i went to hertz and they got me a car. read full review »
