In February 2011 I ordered three items from Boston Proper. I paid for Fed Ex ground shipping. It is May 27, 2011, and I still have not received my order. When I track it, it says that it is in Memphis, TN?. I have called Boston Proper twice and asked to be fully refunded my purchase price to the credit card I used|.
