After MORE THAN ONE FULL YEAR, my electric wheelchair arrived, and could not fit into the house! AFTER MANY MORE MONTHS, IT RETURNED NEEDING CRUCIAL PARTS. Now, 7 (YES!, SEVEN!) months later, no repairs. Now, the known to be defective wireing harness completelt failed, at 2:50 A.M. I have no belief it will ever be repaired, nor function properly, thus I filed a complaint with Medi-Care.
