Graduated from Kaplan in 2007 with a balance which was paid with a loan from Citi. Completed my MSN 2010 and requested my transcripts in April, found I had another balance. I was told this was from the BSN. Already paid. Second request, now need permission for higher review and why. Received an email from an omnibudsman. I guess this person is performing that review. I requested a full accounting of my account, not the mess from the web site. Have not got that. They wrote off the balance and sent it to collections, now on my credit report. Sad. read full review »
