Hello! I ordered from this company and never received my shipment! I have written them 4 e-mails already and no reply to any of them. Their customer service is very bad! The internet site claims they will answer you in 24hours, but that is not true. I can't track my order nore get any information on the web site! Also, their customer service phone line is cleverly set up to avoid complaints on the messaging service!
