I also ordered the trial offer, which stated very clearly I had 10 days from receipt of product to cancel with no further charges. I didn't like the stuff and canceled 6 days after trying it out. I went online AND I called and left a message. I was then charged $79 and change and called again, but there was never any answer; the message told me to leave a voicemail and my call would be returned. I was NEVER called back.
