This is definetly a rip off. The company offers a 90 day 100% guarantee. Initially they set up the account and then spend 90 days pretending that they haven't gotten the required documents (that in itself is a waste of time when your credit could have been repaired) so that you extend the 90 day guarantee. When I called them and asked for a refund they claimed that they could not refund the account set up fee but they could set up the consultation since they never provided that service.
