My son signed up for XBOX LIVE when he was 16 years old and used the service until he was 17. When he turned 18 he moved to Canada and does not use his XBOX at all. He was automatically billed for a yearly subscription on a auto bill that he supposedly agreed to when he was 17 - a minor. VOIDABLE CONTRACT. He was billed on January 20, 2011.
