Received the worse customer service at your Verizon store located at 1221-A N.State St in San Jacinto, Ca by Mr.Brian Voytex. When in with a problem I was having with my Blackberry Storm 9530. He didn't even try to fix it he stated I needed a new phone. He stated he was going to give me the upgrade of the Blackberry Storm. Only to find out a few days later that it was the SAME phone that I allready had.
