I went to the Braums in Van Buren Arkansas on Pointer Trail today to get an ice cream that was wrong in the past. A couple of months ago I paid for a Chocolate Almond and got a PLAIN Chocolate waffle cone. I called them and they said I could come and get another and would write my name down. So, I went today to get it and I was told I couldn't have it replaced because it has been over 30days. NO ONE told me I had to get it with in 30days and the manager didn't even come to the window to speak to me. Poor employee had to listen to me... read full review »
