I ordered a cushion in October 2010 from The Brick in Barrie only one location . This is the back cushion for the couch in my livingroom what everyone sits on. It is now almost July 2011 and after numerous calls and me attending the store. I am yet to get it. This would be almost 9 months, not acceptable. I advised them I will never spend another penny in the Brick after this experience. read full review »
