Admiral services came out to fix our air conditionar unit on 6/13/11. They changed out the converter. I am writing this for my husband who owns the home in houston so forgive me if I do not sound like I know alot about ac units. They charged us approximatetly $649 to fix this converter part. They were very difficult on how we could pay considering we live in a different city 3 hours away from the house we own. That was the first nuesence.
