For those that have ended up on this page because the K-Mart survey didn't work...try typing in your tool bar kmartfeedback.com & it will take you to the survay. DO NOT type in www.kmartfeedback.com because it will bring you back here...I know this because that's what I did until I decided to just key in what is on my receipt just as it is. It worked for me!!! Not sure if there really is $2, 500.00 gift card but I was able to fill out the survey! read full review »
