Purchased and downloaded Uniblue Power Suite on 8 May 2011. It immediately caused problems on my laptop, causing it to freeze. I immediately de-installed the software and e-mailed the company to tell them of the problem. I was contacted by someone from Uniblue customer service offering to work with me to solve the problem. I informed them that I wasn't interested in anything other than a refund, and that I had completely un-installed their product. Since when, now word, and of course, no refund. read full review »
