Reservation made, 3 months in advance. for non-smoking room on front of hotel away from noisy train tracks. Upon arrival, given room with absolutely foul stence of smoke. They said it had been "ionized." Whatever that process is - it failed miserably in removing the smokers stench. The room was also on the noisy train-tracks side of the hotel.
