We had our portraits done at Lifetouch because they were at our church doing the directory. The session was fine & some of the pictures were ok, but we ordered a picture trio for $115 framed. It looked in the sample they had like the product would have a matte & be framed. Instead there is one piece of cardboard with our photos & not a real matte, just like a printed on one. It is so cheap & not at all what was represented. The frame is worse than one could buy at Wal Mart for $5. Buyer beware!!! This company is a rip off. read full review »
