I took a new dress (I only wore it once) to the dry cleaner Allegro in Boston. they cleaned it but they left a new stain that has a lighter color than the original fabric, it seems it is from a cleaning product. They knew I was leaving Boston, since I was there just for a trip, and they didn't want to pay for my new dress (which was 150 dollars at Banana). They told me to wait in my hotel (which was across the street) and they would send an expert to see the stain, and they didn't go. They try to use their 'bad english' (they were asian) as an excuse to not pay you since 'they fake not understanding you'. read full review »
