I placed an order on 4-17-2009, my credit card was charged on 4-20-2009. My order status was "pending" on 4-21-2009. I called the number listed on their website. It was an act of futility. The calls started at 10:30, and I made attempts throughout their hours of operation, which is until 2:30. I left messages, nobody answered the phone, no matter what option I chose.
