Cancelled future "automated" orders...got billed another $50 3 months later. When i called Gunthy Renker to have the charges reversed and to explain that i had cancelled these orders months ago the rep called me a liar!!! Terrible service, terrible product...does not do the job for the money. Service Rep: Susan #2137126.
