This complaint will serve to warn you that getting a credit from Newport-News.com has been one of the most frustrating experiences of my life. I am an avid on-line shopper. I have been ordering from this company for years and have never had to return an item, until now. I ordered a coat from Newport-news.com in February, 2011 as a gift for my daughter.
