There have been several leaks from the apartment above mine for the past several years. Recently there has been at least one leak per day and I have knocked upstairs resulting in either the tenant ignoring the knocks, or them denying that the leak is coming from their above apartment. The emergency number given is an absolute joke 718-707-7771 as the operator either takes years to answer the phone and if they do the problem is given a ticket.
