In June 2010 I purchased a recliner sofa from Jennifer Convertibles. In December 2010 the reclining mechanism broke. I called the company, since the sofa was still under warranty. They sent someone out, and the man said I needed a new part for the couch. On February 4, I received a letter that my part will be delivered in 4 - 6 weeks.
