Rural VT will get high speed internet by 2999 at this rate! I can't believe the intolerable hold wait times. It's truly unacceptable; but unfortunately- I don't believe there's another option in VT. Is there?! This is a monopoly of incompetence. I have clicks on my line all the time now, occasional line drops, and after I finally get ahold of a live customer service representative, after 1/2 hr. or more on hold, I'm often hung up on in 'transferring my call to someone who can help'!
