Ezinkjets has a formidable website. Having made purchases from them about 7 times the past 4 years I felt quite confident in placing an order for printer cartridges and paying by CC on February 22, 2007. I immediately received an e-mail that my order was shipped 2/23/07, and should arrive within 7-10 days. It did not happen, attempts to get action from them has proven futile. E-mails go unanswered, phones put on hold. I am now pursuing refund from my cc. read full review »
