When I contacted the company today to ask what recourse I have. The customer rep said I should have followed the manual on care. I told him I did, follow all the above and beyond instructions and he basically said he can do nothing. I told him about all the complaints I read about on line and he just would not offer any help. I'm hoping something can be done about this here. At time of purchase no one mentioned any issues with these machines. The extended service plan same issue. read full review »
