I think it's poor business practice and an absolute racket that 24PetWatch charges at least $14.95 to update the contact information on your pet. While I understand that they have overhead costs, it seems that they could cover those costs in another way. If I were making a donation to an animal rescue or shelter instead of just paying them it might be a different opinion but I think they need to reconsider their way of doing business.
