Principal Life insurance recently changed their Claims mailing address for dental insurance with out notifying anyone or providing new identification cards. I had to hear it from my employees that their claims kept getting sent back to the dentist saying wrong address. I called Principal to confirm that they did indeed change their claims mailing address for dental claims and they said they did. I asked if they were going to send out new identification cards, they said no. I requested that they send out new cards and they said no again. Too... read full review »
